The Question Is.

I dont know where this blog will go but. I just want to say real quick that I am not the best blogger. In fact , I should'nt even use the word "best".

I recently found myself in a place , where I shouldt have been. And that place was a question. And that question is , Is my religion real?

Now I have been a Christian for about 8 years now. So why am I asking this now. And everything we do there is probally an influence behind it. So the influence behind this thought and stuggle was from a friend and from a Directer.

Now the friend I am talking about will remain annonymouse in this post. Now he believes in Evolution. Which me and him have faught about Evolution Vs. Creation for awhile now.

He sees the world as an accident which was created by some lightning and some chemical crap and boom some monkeys are here then over about a million years they become us. He says stuff like 'You have to do everything yourself." "If you ask for a car , Gods not going to give you a car".

He keeps saying hes smart and has figgured life out and all this crap. But how is he smart when he doesnt see the concept from where God comes in and where are abillity has to take place.

Now so I can get off that part , I just want to say that I have tried telling him that concept of what we do and where God comes in , but its like talking to a brick wall with him.

So about the director. The director is Seth McFarline. (Did I spell that right?) He is the creater of one of my Fav shows "Family Guy". The one thing I hate about the show though is there use of , well , bad words. lol

Now your probally saying at this point , "Good Lord , hes questioning God because of a stupid animated show direcctor?

And Im not sure why I did either. But , Im still just not sure why I ask about God now at this point in life. I mean , it dont help that I cant see God. And that the only way to see him is through my outdoor surroundings. And through the Bible of course.

But I know this sounds , well , cheesy , but I was siting in Sunday School Sunday and the topic popped up in my head and I had to just say inside my head "Dont put this thought in my head Satan , I know God is real".


So my point is for this blog is really just a question. The question that I have for you is , have you ever been at this point? Have you ever struggled with the question of, Is God real? How did you deal with it?

I think we all have probally had this question pop up in our mind at one point. So anyways now Im out of words.

BBC With Casting Crowns Christmas Concert (Just Found Video!)

Wow , can't believe its been about 5 months since this. It was sooo much fun! One of the Moms filmed this. Its better than what my parents took.

So heres the song that me and some of the other boys from Birmingham Boys Choir sang backup in with Casting Crowns at their Christmas Concert! Its called "I Herd The Bells On Christmas Day".

Charlie The Unicorn

Well I just saw Charlie The Unicorn 3 for the 100th time! So I decided to draw him! lol

I would have made the teail more realistic (Did I Spell That Right? lol) But his isnt in the video. Anyways I took it with my phone so it looks sorda bad. But to the side Im sure you can see another little creature. Well that was supposed to be that goat/seal thingy! But I couldnt manage to make that decent.

Famine 09

First off , I just want to say to Matt that I tried to do a much different title then you did! haha

But anyways here we go. Well this was my first famine to go to since I finally moved up to the Youth back in September. So from hearing about it on Wendesday Night , and hearing all the details , I thought the whole time would be torture! I thought I would be starving , crankey , miserable , tired , and Yeah!

Well of course half of that I was! Especially the tired part , which Im sure we all were and still are! Although that coffee did help and Im sure Mrs. Charmaine regreted letting me near that! But anyways besides all that , I have actually learned some stuff that is really sticking to my mind which most stuff that I learn doesnt. j/k.

The first thing is that the book of Psalms is a really cool book. And like John Duncan said , Its basically a book of poetry or whatever , and i dont like poetry , but this book really sticks out. I learned this from the quiet time that we had today. Which I assumed that I would just sit there and text or be bored. But I learned also that I should have more quiet time. So the thing I learned from this is that God can speak to you in wierd ways!

I mean Ive always herd that "Oh , God can speak to you in mysteriouse ways" , or "God works in mysteriouse ways"but I guess I finally really actually knows how that is. I mean ofcourse the Bible will say stuff to you. But I truthfully never , have a quiet time at home. So thats how this is a big shock to me , even though as a Christian I should already know this. I actually feel really bad now because Im just now figuring this out for myself. But anyways let me say real quick. Psalms 40:30 - (I forgot what I stopped at) really reminded me of times and troubles that I have had in the past.

Also I have learned that for me not eating for 30 hours will mess up your appitite!

So anyways , here are some pics that Mrs. Charmaine took , not me with my camera because hers batery died. So I thought I would post them up here!

Anyways I think this is the longest post I have ever done. Since I am not that good with blogging.

I attempted to try to do all that shadowing and stuff , and then tried to put the clouds reflection in the water , but then just saw that it ruined , but still decided to keep it! lol


I guess if Im going to try to be an artist which I am not , I need to use something like Flash to draw it and then Photoshop for the shadowing.


Point of this blog , if your going to try to draw , dont use Microsoft Paint! (Especially when you only have the little pad on a laptop! lol)
